Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of portion control and food cost management
- Ability to follow kitchen procedures and maintain cleanliness
- Strong personal hygiene and discipline
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as required
