Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including sourcing, processing, packaging, and logistics.
- Coordinate with farmers, suppliers, and processing partners to ensure consistent product quality.
- Implement strict quality control and food safety standards across all products.
- Supervise warehouse, production, and packaging teams.
- Ensure products meet export and international market standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement planning.
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage in the supply chain.
- Work closely with AFROMAX management on growth strategy and operational targets.
- Ensure proper documentation for export, including product specifications and compliance.
- Manage relationships with transporters, freight agents, and logistics providers.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
Supply chain coordination
Procurement and supplier management

Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP
