Professional Private Chef

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring exceptional taste and artistic presentation.
• Create rotating weekly menus that include Nigerian delicacies, Continental dishes, and healthy/dietary-specific options (e.g., Keto, Vegan, or Low-carb if required).
• Manage the sourcing of premium ingredients from reputable markets and stores; ensure the pantry is always well-stocked.
• Maintain a 5-star level of cleanliness and sanitization in the kitchen, appliances, and dining areas.
• Ensure all food items are stored correctly and handled according to the highest safety and health standards.
• Lead the catering and food service for private dinner parties or small gatherings hosted by the employer.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with significant time spent in luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, or as a private chef for Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals.
• Formal certification or a diploma from a reputable culinary school is mandatory.
• Must be willing to live on-site in the provided staff quarters in Ikoyi.
• Advanced knowledge of baking, pastry making, and various international cooking techniques.
• Impeccable personal grooming, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of integrity.
• Must have verifiable references and be willing to undergo a comprehensive background and medical check.

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 

Work mode: Full-Time (Live-in).
