Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook continental dishes according to menu standards.
- Plan menus, manage inventory, and maintain cost efficiency.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor taste, quality, and presentation of all meals.
- Train and supervise kitchen assistants when needed.
- Collaborate with management for smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Culinary certification or equivalent training in continental cuisine.
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Continental Chef in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of continental recipes and food presentation.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
