Job Description/Requirements

 Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook continental dishes according to menu standards.
  • Plan menus, manage inventory, and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor taste, quality, and presentation of all meals.
  • Train and supervise kitchen assistants when needed.
  • Collaborate with management for smooth kitchen operations.


Requirements:

  • Culinary certification or equivalent training in continental cuisine.
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Continental Chef in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of continental recipes and food presentation.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
