Job summary
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for supervising and maintaining hygiene, order, and compliance within the shared cafeteria kitchen environment. This role ensures vendors operate within assigned zones and maintain proper washing and storage discipline.

Responsibilities:
- Resume duty at 5:30 am daily
- Conduct morning kitchen inspection before vendor setup
- Ensure assigned storage zones are respected
- Prevent cross-storage between vendors
- Monitor washing areas and prevent congestion
- Ensure kitchen pathways remain clear and dry
- Confirm no expired or exposed food items
- Supervise 2 kitchen cleaners
- Conduct periodic checks during service hours
- Perform final inspection before kitchen lock
- Document compliance in the kitchen logbook
Requirements:
- Previous experience in kitchen supervision or food service management
- Strong understanding of hygiene standards
- Ability to enforce discipline
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
