Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Working with a team of other cooks/chefs.
- Create your own special dish on a chosen day of the week.
- Alternate with another supervisor to manage the kitchen and staff
- Ensure that all menus are timely and well prepared.
- Alternating Sunday duty coverage
Requirements:
- A well-trained and professional chef and administrator who can manage and lead a team of staff without fear or favour and make sure everything goes well.
- Be truthful and God fearing.
- Must be educated to be able to read, write and give reports.
- Must be a good team player and should be willing to work with others in peace and honesty
