Job Summary
We are looking at hiring an executive chef with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience working as a Chef, managing a catering team, creating dishes and maintaing a seamless workflow.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items for customers as requested, including special requests, in a timely and consistent manner
- Determine food and supply needs based on rotating menus
- Inspect food products and supplies as needed
- Ensure the work environment and stations are clean and sanitized
- Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
- Designing new recipes, planning menus, and selecting plate presentations.
- Hiring and training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers, and dishwashers.
- Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.
- Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.
- Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems and complaints.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of SSC
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience
- Culinary school training certificate in both continental and Nigerian dishes.
- Good customer service
- Ability to manage a team of cooks
- Organizational skills
- Time management Skills
- Previous experience working as a chef
- Passion for delighting people with food
- Good interpersonal skills
