Job summary
Main Service Logistics is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Onitsha Main Market Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication .
Job descriptions & requirements
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
- Confirm and process customer payments into the company system.
- Issue receipts and ensure billing accuracy.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Previous customer service experience will be an added advantage.
- Must reside in Onitsha or nearby areas.
