Job Summary
You’ll be the friendly first contact for customers—replying to messages and calls across Instagram/Facebook/TikTok, WhatsApp, SMS, and phone. You’ll process orders, answer questions, resolve complaints, and handle returns/exchanges while keeping customers updated.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to DMs, comments, WhatsApp chats/calls, SMS & phone.
- Create/confirm orders, check payments, share delivery updates (WISMO).
- Handle complaints, returns/exchanges/refunds per policy.
- Log every interaction in our CRM/POS; keep order notes accurate.
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch and 3PLs to solve delivery issues.
- Maintain FAQs/canned replies; escalate tricky cases to Ops.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (1st Class or 2nd Class Upper Minimum)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service (retail/e-commerce is a plus).
- Hardworking and desire to learn and grow
- Clear written & spoken English; friendly phone etiquette.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook; basic Excel/Sheets.
- Fast typing, organized, calm under pressure.
- Hausa/Igbo/Yoruba language skills.
- Shopify/Woo/Odoo experience.
