We are looking for a Customer Service Officer. You will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt and sale of goods at the depot, ensuring proper storage and prompt service to walk-in customers.
- Verify and confirm customer payments before releasing goods.
- Reconcile daily sales and stock records with the Head Office.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./ HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in retail sales in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical, etc.) to address customer needs.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department when necessary.
