Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and retention
- Record customer orders accurately in the system and ensure all items are properly tagged.
- Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and address any complaints or concerns.
