Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preparing awesome meals according to the daily available menu for our customers.
- Can proffer better ideas for meals, and update menu to attract more customers
- Can weigh, measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to recipes.
- Should be smart to keep records and check food and ingredients for freshness, and accountability.
- Good at arranging and garnishing dishes for takeout sales.
- Works well under pressure and within the time limit.
- Ensures that the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are cleaned.
- Helping lead and inspire other kitchen staff if any, with the restaurant manager.
- Wowing our guests with amazing dishes.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in related food service and food preparation positions.
- Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation.
- Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.
- Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: University of Lagos, Yaba.
Remuneration: NGN 35,000 - NGN 45,000
