Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Menu planning and preparation: Develop and prepare continental dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
- Kitchen management: Manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- Food quality control: Ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's quality and presentation standards.
- Inventory management: Order and manage kitchen inventory, including ingredients, spices, and cooking supplies.

Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent: A degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
- Continental cuisine expertise: Proven experience in preparing and cooking continental dishes.
- Kitchen management experience: Experience managing kitchen staff and inventory.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
- Creativity and innovation: Ability to create new dishes and menus that showcase continental cuisine.
