Coffee Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages efficiently during indoor and outdoor events.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment to ensure consistent quality.
• Deliver excellent customer service while handling guest requests and special beverage orders.
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards throughout preparation and service.
• Set up and restock mobile coffee stations, managing inventory and supplies before, during, and after events.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of OND
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience 
• Basic knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso machines.
• Ability to prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based drinks, cappuccinos, lattes, and iced coffees.
• Ability to properly steam and froth milk to create latte art (increasingly important).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, Ability to handle cash transactions accurately, and Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000
