Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and experienced chef to manage our kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment. The ideal candidate must be able to prepare both local and continental dishes, maintain hygiene standards, manage kitchen staff, and consistently deliver high-quality meals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of dishes with excellent taste and presentation.
- Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and kitchen operations.
- Ensure food is served hot, fresh, and on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop new menu items and weekly specials.
- Minimize waste and control food costs.
- Enforce food safety standards and kitchen protocols.
- Supervise and coordinate junior kitchen staff if applicable.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: SSCE / WAEC / NECO (Catering/culinary certificate is an advantage).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional cooking experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Knowledge of local and continental cuisines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
