Business Process Analyst

• Process Mapping & Analysis: Document current-state and future-state processes using flowcharts, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and process models. 
• Project Leadership: Lead targeted process improvement initiatives utilizing the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Collect and analyze operational data to identify root causes of defects, waste, and cycle-time inefficiencies.
• Solutions Implementation: Test, pilot, and validate improvements, and implement control plans to sustain gains over time.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across IT, operations, finance, and customer service to align business goals with process design.
• Documentation & Training: Author and maintain SOPs and assist training teams in developing programs that align with updated workflows.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from an accredited body (e.g., ASQ, IASSC).
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process re-engineering, or continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) and Six Sigma statistical tools. You will lead process improvement projects, support engineers in software and ERP deployments, and translate data-driven insights into actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
  
• Data Analytics: Strong ability to track KPIs and analyze metrics using Excel (Power Query, PivotTables), SQL, or Power BI.
  
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation (leading Kaizen events), and executive communication skills
