Job summary
The Business Development Support Officer will provide operational and administrative support to the business development team. The role involves assisting in lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and execution of growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Research:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain a database of prospects and leads
Proposal & Documentation Support:
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
- Support contract documentation and follow-ups
Client Engagement Support:
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients
- Maintain communication with prospects and partners
- Support the onboarding of new clients
Sales & Growth Support:
- Assist in tracking sales performance and targets
- Support the execution of business development strategies
- Monitor the pipeline and provide updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales support
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Research and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management and multitasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
KPIs:
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Proposal turnaround time
- Client engagement and follow-up efficiency
- Contribution to revenue growth
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 350,000
