The Business Development Officer will expand the company’s footprint by identifying new opportunities in Oil & Gas, maritime, hospitality, and corporate services, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all service lines
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients in Oil & Gas, maritime, and corporate sectors
- Prepare proposals, tenders, and business presentations
- Support contract negotiations and closing of deals
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver client solutions
- Drive revenue growth and meet business targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and client records
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Experience in Oil & Gas or maritime business development is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads to business
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Good understanding of business strategy and market trends
