Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development & Partnership Executive to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting our innovative tech security solutions to clients and communities.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth areas.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to design and implement client acquisition campaigns.
  • Prepare proposals, business presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development performance and outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably within tech, security, or related industries).
  • Strong knowledge of business development strategies, market dynamics, and customer engagement.
  • Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or business development (added advantage).
  • Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and partnership targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and results orientation.
