The Business Developer (SaaS Tech) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence for software-as-a-service (SaaS) products. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and long-term relationship management.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and outbound outreach
  • Conduct product presentations and SaaS demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS, tech sales, or B2B business development
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
