Job Description
Valueklip seeks a Board Advisor to join us in shaping the future of African talent in the global market. This is an opportunity to contribute capital and expertise while supporting a high-impact mission. As a Board Advisor, you will bring capital investment and strategic influence, guiding Valueklip’s U.S. market operations, revenue growth, and client acquisition strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute capital and expertise to secure a Board Advisor seat and drive Valueklip’s growth.
- Offer sales leadership insights to strengthen U.S. client acquisition and pipeline strategy.
- Advise on deal structuring, revenue scaling, and strategic partnerships.
- Leverage your network to facilitate warm introductions with decision-makers and industry partners.
- Provide strategic oversight and thought leadership on market entry, business expansion, and talent development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Ability and readiness to invest.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or revenue generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Interest in global talent, technology, and Africa’s role in the future of work.
- Willingness to dedicate a few hours per month to strategy meetings, market guidance, and introductions.
