Job summary
We are hiring for a fast-paced, high-demand aesthetics business specializing in Botox, IV therapy, dermal fillers, and premium client care.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize calendars, bookings, and appointments
- Handle client communication (inquiries, follow-ups, confirmations) with professionalism and speed
- Coordinate internal operations and ensure seamless daily workflow
- Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities without supervision
- Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive client information with discretion
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and fix them proactively
- Support the founder in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Highly proactive; you anticipate needs before they are communicated
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Calm and effective under pressure
- Fast, accurate, and solutions-driven
- Able to take full ownership of your role without supervision
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
Required Skills & Tools:
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- WhatsApp Business (client communication and organization)
- CRM systems (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Strong internet navigation and research skills

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 monthly
