Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source tender opportunities across public and private sector channels.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender applications and proposals.
- Coordinate documentation, compliance requirements, and bidding timelines.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and ongoing project negotiations.
- Manage Business-to-Government (B2G) engagements, stakeholder meetings, and relationship building.
- Provide timely reports on bid pipeline, status updates, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Tender/Bid Management within the Renewable Energy / Solar sector is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
