We are looking for an experienced and proactive Salon Operations & Growth Manager who can not only manage day-to-day operations but also help build grow the salon from startup stage to a recognized beauty brand. Who can increase salon revenue and build clientele.

- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage staff schedules and attendance
- Ensure excellent customer service experience
- Maintain salon hygiene, organization, and professional standards
- Handle client bookings and appointment management
- Recruit, train, and supervise stylists and beauty technicians
- Monitor staff performance and productivity

- Resolve staff issues and ensure team accountability
- Help build the salon brand from the ground up
- Develop strategies to attract and retain clients
- Implement marketing initiatives (social media promotions, client referral programs, partnerships)
- Increase salon revenue through service upselling and retail product sales
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high client satisfaction
- Implement customer retention strategies
- Manage salon inventory (hair products, tools, supplies)
- Monitor daily sales and expenses
- Ensure proper record keeping and reporting
- Work with management to improve profitability
- HND/BSC
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience managing a salon or beauty business
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in business development or growing a beauty brand
- Knowledge of salon operations and beauty services
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a lot of competition
- Basic knowledge of marketing and social media promotion preferred
- Experience managing a premium or high-end salon
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian beauty industry
- Experience building a new salon from launch stage
