Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine traditional sales and partnership skills with modern social media engagement strategies to identify new opportunities, build professional relationships, and expand our brand presence across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Expansion:
- Identify and research potential clients, partners, and new market segments.
- Execute outreach strategies via email, cold calling, and professional networking.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
Social Media Strategy & Engagement:
- Develop and implement social media engagement strategies (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) to attract B2B and B2C leads.
- Actively engage with industry influencers, potential partners, and followers to build brand authority.
- Create and curate content that highlights our services and value proposition.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and demos.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales targets, social media engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular updates to management on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for business growth. Experience in using social media for "Social Selling" is a major plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Self-Starter: A high degree of motivation and the ability to work independently to meet targets.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
