HR Manager
Job summary
The HR Manager will oversee all human resources operations at the hotel and support the ongoing management transition. The role will focus on workforce restructuring, policy implementation, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and building a disciplined and service-oriented team culture.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff restructuring
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and hospitality regulations
- Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and staff records
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures
- Support management in performance evaluation and workforce planning
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5–7 years HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law
- Experience managing HR during transition or restructuring environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
