Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all security operations.
- Supervise and manage security supervisors.
- Ensure the safety of company personnel, property, and facilities.
- Identify security risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare security reports and ensure compliance with security procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be a retired Army Officer, with a minimum rank of Captain.
- Must have at least 25 years of military experience.
- Must have previous post-retirement experience as a Chief Security Officer (CSO).
- Must have experience managing and supervising security supervisors.
- Minimum qualifications of an ND
- Must possess good knowledge of security operations and relevant training certificates.
- Must possess a valid military discharge or retirement certificate.
- Must have a valid driver's licence.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be medically fit and have no serious medical history.
- Must not be more than 55 years old.
- Must demonstrate good leadership, discipline, integrity, and professionalism.
Location: Oyo State
