Manager

Responsibilities:

• Have general supervisory and oversight responsibility over the different segments of the business, specifically Bakery, Eatery, Supermarket, and Food Hub
• Generate daily and monthly activity reports showing business performance, profitability and trend
• Ensure full compliance with the Office Manual by all staff – making sure that all rules (such as on dress code/uniform, punctuality, general behavior, and conduct) are not only complied with but also that violations are appropriately addressed.
• Focus on business development and growth, using creative and innovative ideas that align with management business growth and profitability targets are achieved.
• Liaising with relevant regulatory bodies
• Keeping a daily record of all inventories and stocks in each segment
• Ensuring timely preparation of requisition for materials for each unit to ensure that there is enough provision for at least two days of production cycle and also ensuring that the requisition is made for any material required the following day and is prepared and approved before 2pm daily.
• Keeping records of all members of staff to ensure that each staff member has a file and all documentation is received and administered.
• Daily Review of Stock to ensure that System Balance agrees with Actual Inventory for all Segments, especially the Supermarket
• Ensuring that all utilities, such as gas, electricity, etc., are adequately provided for
• Determine a suitable transfer system for cross-selling among Segents\Units
• Liaising with management on general management of the outlet.
• Daily Record of Procurement
• Any Other Responsibility

Requirements:

• A minimum of an OND in a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 300,000 Monthly
