Job summary
We are an integrated farm with broiler poultry at the core, alongside greenhouse vegetables. We are looking for a hands-on Farm Manager to run day-to-day broiler production, from day-old chick placement to market-ready birds, while hitting growth, mortality and cost targets.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage full broiler production cycles, including brooding, placement, growth and depopulation
- Drive flock performance on FCR, average weight, mortality and liveability targets
- Implement vaccination schedules, biosecurity protocols and disease surveillance with the farm vet
- Manage feed, water, drugs and other farm inputs; control stock and wastage
- Supervise, schedule and train farm attendants; enforce discipline and safety standards
- Keep accurate daily records (mortality, feed intake, weights, stock) and submit weekly reports to management
- Coordinate bird harvest and handover to processing and distribution
- Oversee upkeep of pens, equipment and the on-site environment
- Support the crop units when needed
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in animal science, agriculture or a related field
- At least 3 years' hands-on experience managing commercial broiler operations
- Sound knowledge of broiler nutrition, health management, vaccination and biosecurity
- Proven track record of meeting production and mortality targets
- Strong people management and record-keeping skills; comfortable with basic Excel/reporting
- Willing to live on-site and work flexible hours, including weekends during critical cycles
Desirable:
- Experience on a large-scale or integrated farm
- Exposure to processing or cold-chain operations
Location: Osun
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
