Job summary
The Studio Head at Rushing Tap Studios is essentially the team lead of ALL operations of/in/by the studio facility. He/she should possess a good mixture of facility management skills as well as project management skills. We regularly have several projects running simultaneously, so he/she should be able to properly allocate resources across multiple projects. Managerial skills are required to lead the studio's unit of the business as well as manage external vendors and/or personnel that will be hired on projects.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Team lead of the Studios arm of the business
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio facility and projects in the studio
- Ensure the studios and other spaces are in top shape for rental
- General oversight of bookings of studios and equipment using our software
- Prepare quotations, timelines, and internal budgets for studio-based projects as well as some field projects
- Promote the studio facilities to bring in new customers
- Give reports on studio activity
- Attract new business and retain existing clients for the studio
Requirements:
- Computer literacy
- Years of experience in facility management or similar capacity
- Creative thinker
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
