The Showroom is seeking an experienced, driven, and organized Showroom supervisor (Sales / Stores) to oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in both sales and managerial roles, with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom and warehouse, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimising overstock or shortages.
- Receive, inspect, and reconcile incoming materials with purchase orders, documenting any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient storage and display area in both the showroom and warehouse.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and analysing variances.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to meet targets and enhance revenue.
- Formulate and execute pricing, discount, and promotional policies based on market trends and company goals.
- Negotiate and close sales with clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate sales and performance reports, analysing results and recommending improvements.
- Promote and market the showroom’s products through SMS, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and actively engage with customers online.
- Organise special promotions, displays, and showroom events to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to showroom and warehouse staff, ensuring high performance.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, fostering a motivated, customer-focused team environment.
- Facilitate team learning and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain the stability, reputation, and integrity of the showroom through excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, stock status, and overall showroom operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in sales, retail, or business development.
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital engagement (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales, leadership, and customer service.
