Job summary
The General Manager (GM) has overall accountability for the performance, growth, and operational integrity of a diversified business comprising Business Development Consultative Services, Luxury Car Rental Services, and Real Estate Management. The GM sets and delivers the company’s strategic objectives, manages cross‑functional leadership, ensures regulatory compliance and safety, protects brand equity, and drives profitable growth in Nigeria as well as the West African market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Oversee daily operations across all subsidiaries.
- Lead sales, marketing, finance, and HR functions.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost optimization.
- Strengthen client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Establish policies and operational systems for efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years’ leadership experience with proven results.

- Experience managing multi‑vertical services is preferred.
