Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store securely.
- Supervise staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory for daily operations.
- Oversee cash handling and perform daily reconciliations.
- Maintain cleanliness and visually appealing displays.
- Monitor security and enforce loss prevention measures.
- Welcome and engage customers in-store.
- Price and label and systematically arrange products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right products.
- Process customer payments and maintain records.
- Manage and monitor orders via e-channels.
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and deliveries.
- Restock depleted items and keep the sales floor organized per guidelines.
- Drive business development and sales promotions.
- Address and resolve customers’ complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum of degree
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 230,000
