Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Growing loan portfolio and mobilization of deposit liability in the Bank.
- Maintenance of continuous relationships with both prospects and existing deposit and loan clients with a view to continually increasing the deposit and loan base.
- Evaluation of loan applications from customers and processing the same for management approval.
- Drive the achievement of monthly caseload and disbursement targets broken down to daily/weekly/monthly.
- Review all loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness before sending for final approval.
- Monitoring, post-loan disbursement, and ensuring loan repayment by customers.
- Ensure full compliance with the bank's foreclosure policy.
- Ensure prompt recovery on all loans in arrears, ensuring the set limit is not exceeded.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
