Store Manager
Job summary
We are searching for a highly organised energetic problem solving and detail oriented store manager to join our team. The Store Manager position is designed to support the CEO with HR, admin and sales/marketing duties as well as involvement in the day to day operations of the business.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Store Operations:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sales floor staff and cashier.
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory reception, storage, and replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and losses.
- Prepare purchase order, regularly reconcile physical stock with stock level in the computer
Sales and Merchandising:
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct price checks and ensure accuracy.
- Assist with writing copy and graphic design for marketing campaigns
- Create content for marketing and advertising the company and its products.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management.
- Time management and organization.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Basic math and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with retail operations and procedures.
- Experience with websites, Google Drive, canvas, mail chimp is a plus.
- Must reside within Ikeja/ Ogba.
- A desire to assume a very hands on role in a growing creative small business
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Retail management certification or training.
- Experience with inventory management software.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
