Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.
- Opening, serving demand notices, champion permits inspection, and issuing certificates.
- Make presentations, administer and process all types of recovery actions, negotiate, and follow up accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring all transactions and operations comply with regulations and internal policies to minimize risk.
- Maintain and update records within the appropriate database relating to billings and revenue collections
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and account-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identifying opportunities to recover and services to existing clients, and potentially generating new business through referrals and networking.
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, preparing reports, and contributing to the overall reporting of the organisation.
- Working closely with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Staying up-to-date on LGA regulations and bylaws.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Previous experience as an account officer or relationship management officer in a Commercial bank or MFB is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Marketing officer or sales canvasser, or sales merchandiser in an FMCG company is a plus.
