Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned areas—including rooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and public spaces—to ensure a neat, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
- Perform detailed housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and surfaces.
- Change bed linens, make beds neatly, and restock toiletries, towels, and other guest or staff supplies as required.
- Inspect rooms and facilities regularly to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damages promptly to the supervisor or maintenance department for repair.
- Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and materials in proper working condition; ensure proper storage and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including the use of protective gear where necessary.
- Support special cleaning projects and assist in organizing laundry and inventory when required.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and respect for guests’ privacy and company property.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE
- Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of providing high standards of hygiene.
