Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control daily production operations across all shipyards departments (fabrication, fitting, welding and electrical)
- Develop and monitor production schedules to meet delivery targets and customer specifications.
- Supervise foremen, engineers, and technical staff to ensure effective workflow and productivity.
- Coordinate closely with design, procurement, quality assurance, and project management teams to align production with project requirements.
- Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational bottlenecks promptly.
- Ensure all production activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality control standards.
- Manage materials usage, labor, and equipment to reduce waste and optimize cost efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to improve production methods, reduce downtime, and increase output.
Requirements:

- 2 years of work experience
