Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, smart, and friendly Front Desk Officer to manage daily office operations and client communications. The ideal candidate must be proactive, well-spoken, and able to multitask in a busy travel agency environment.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to clients (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and email).
  • Maintain records, files, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing travel documents and follow-up messages.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and client calls.
  • Support the CEO and travel consultants with administrative tasks.
  • Handle daily reporting, payment records, and client follow-up lists.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
