Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and email).
- Maintain records, files, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing travel documents and follow-up messages.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and client calls.
- Support the CEO and travel consultants with administrative tasks.
- Handle daily reporting, payment records, and client follow-up lists.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
