Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s daily activities by establishing effective operational systems, procedures, and standards. This role ensures smooth coordination between departments, maintains a positive and productive work environment, and supports overall organizational efficiency and growth.

Job Description/Requirements

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency across departments.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and service delivery standards.
  • Identify operational gaps, resource needs, or process inefficiencies and recommend effective corrective actions.
  • Provide performance and progress reports to the Team Lead.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project timelines
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of new employees and interns.
  • Coordinate and monitor internship programs, ensuring effective supervision, evaluation, and skill development.
  • Conduct employee performance appraisals and support continuous professional development.
  • Maintain accurate HR and administrative records in accordance with company policies.
  • Resolve employee and client conflicts professionally, fostering a respectful and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Promote employee engagement and ensure a conducive work environment that supports productivity and morale.
  • Participate in marketing and strategy meetings, contributing to launch and execution plans.
  • Offer managerial advice and operational guidance to improve decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Escalate critical operational or personnel issues to the Team Lead in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Support business growth initiatives through structured operations and efficient resource management.
  • Oversee service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to project standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and on schedule.
  • Address and resolve client issues that may arise, maintaining professionalism and service excellence.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, administration, or HR management.
  • Organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools and project management platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
