Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency across departments.
- Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and service delivery standards.
- Identify operational gaps, resource needs, or process inefficiencies and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Provide performance and progress reports to the Team Lead.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project timelines
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of new employees and interns.
- Coordinate and monitor internship programs, ensuring effective supervision, evaluation, and skill development.
- Conduct employee performance appraisals and support continuous professional development.
- Maintain accurate HR and administrative records in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve employee and client conflicts professionally, fostering a respectful and collaborative workplace culture.
- Promote employee engagement and ensure a conducive work environment that supports productivity and morale.
- Participate in marketing and strategy meetings, contributing to launch and execution plans.
- Offer managerial advice and operational guidance to improve decision-making and strategic alignment.
- Escalate critical operational or personnel issues to the Team Lead in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Support business growth initiatives through structured operations and efficient resource management.
- Oversee service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to project standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and on schedule.
- Address and resolve client issues that may arise, maintaining professionalism and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or HR management.
- Organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and project management platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
