Responsibilities:
Interpersonal Roles:
- Leader: Guide and motivate staff to do their best work.
- Liaison: Build a network of contacts inside and outside the group.
- Figurehead: Act as the symbolic and legal head of the team.
Informational Roles:
- Monitor: Search for and collect useful data.
- Disseminator: Share important facts and updates with the team.
- Spokesperson: Speak for the team to outsiders.
Decisional Roles:
- Resource Allocator: Decide how to use money, time, and staff.
- Disturbance Handler: Fix sudden problems and conflicts.
- Negotiator: Bargain with other groups or workers for deals and terms.
- Entrepreneur: Start new ideas and projects to improve the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
