Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily lounge operations and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience from booking to check-out.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor operating expenses and prepare accurate periodic reports.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies for the lounge.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc/HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Certificates Required: Hospitality/Facility Management certifications (an added advantage)
