Job Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Manager role in Ologolo, Lekki, for a qualified female candidate with a B.Sc./HND in a relevant field and proven retail management experience, who will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, driving sales, managing staff and inventory, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Oversee store operations and ensure efficient day-to-day management.
Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:

B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a perfume or cosmetics store.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and sales abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Female candidates only (for gender balance).
Social media savvy

Location: Ologolo, Lekki

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Remuneration: NGN 150,000
