Responsibilities:
- Set operational goals, delegate tasks, and monitor daily workflow to ensure team objectives and deadlines are met.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff members to foster professional growth and high performance.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor departmental budgets, resource allocation, and operational expenses.
- Analyze performance metrics, resolve operational bottlenecks, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and operational staff, communicating strategic direction clearly.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
