Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic food prep (washing, cutting, portioning, packing)
- Keep kitchen surfaces, tools, and equipment clean at all times
- Support chefs during cooking and plating
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly
- Receive, label, and store food items following hygiene and FIFO standards
- Clear waste and maintain overall kitchen orderliness
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE/High School Certificate
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Prior kitchen or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Basic food hygiene knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions
- Physically fit for long standing and light lifting
- Punctual, honest, and dependable
- Flexible to work mornings, weekends, and shift hours
Remuneration: NGN 75,000
