Job Description
The Area Welfare and Self-Reliance Department is seeking a Stock Take Clerk to support operations within the Dental Clinic. This is a fixed-term role based on the duration of the project. This position reports to the full-time Dental Missionary.
Responsibilities

• Perform routine clerical tasks under direct supervision
• Handle duties such as copying, distributing mail, basic calculations, and record-keeping
• Maintain organized files and follow standard procedures
• Ensure all work is reviewed and meets quality standards
• Take inventory of all equipment and stock
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
• 2–4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to apply basic office skills and develop proficiency with tools and equipment relevant to the role
• Capable of performing routine tasks and resolving standard issues independently
• More complex matters are referred to supervisors
• Able to follow written instructions and standard procedures under direct supervision
