Job Description/Requirements
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and oversee short/long-term sales and marketing plans, setting goals, budgets, and KPIs.
- Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a results-driven culture.
- Sales Operations: Define sales targets, manage pipelines, develop new business, oversee pricing, and focus on cross-selling/upselling.
- Marketing & Brand: Create brand presence, develop campaigns, manage advertising, PR, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and consult with executives on strategies and results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
