Job Description/Requirements
- Lead customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth, setting ambitious monthly and quarterly targets.
- Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to attract new members and deepen engagement.
- Track KPIs and make strategic adjustments to optimize growth outcomes.
- Identify and close strategic partnerships that expand Kade Keyo’s ecosystem.
- Develop co-marketing opportunities and referral programs with measurable outcomes.
- Leverage community insights to create new engagement opportunities for business owners.
- Drive creative, inclusive marketing campaigns across social media, email, events, and content.
- Work with the Community Manager to foster active participation and strengthen loyalty among members.
- Build Kade Keyo’s brand as an empowering platform for entrepreneurs, especially female founders and business owners.
- Lead sales initiatives for memberships, partnerships, and value-added services.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, optimizing revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the CEO to set pricing strategies, targets, and growth milestones.
- Minimum B.Sc
- Female candidates with 3–5 years experience in growth, marketing, and/or business development.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation with data to prove it.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
- Data-driven decision maker who thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and entrepreneurial mindset.
