Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations across Froshtech Automotive and Froshtech Academy.
- Implement efficient systems, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure smooth workflow across diagnostics, repairs, modifications, and training programs.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and professionalism throughout the facilities.
Staff Management & Discipline
- Enforce workplace discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Supervise department heads and ensure accountability across all units.
- Lead by example and inspire performance excellence.
- Ensure immediate response to staff misconduct or negligence.
Customer Experience & Client Relations
- Guarantee that every client receives premium service from reception to delivery.
- Resolve escalations promptly and maintain customer satisfaction above 95%.
- Oversee service quality, timeliness, and communication consistency.
Workshop & Technical Oversight
- Supervise workflow for diagnostics, repair jobs, and Frosh-ups.
- Coordinate technicians and ensure job cards are processed efficiently.
- Enforce job quality and delivery timelines.
- Prevent parts wastage and ensure resource control.
Financial & Inventory Accountability
- Approve operational expenditures within company limits.
- Track workshop inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor revenue inflows, outstanding balances, and daily performance reports.
- Work with the Chief Accountant for weekly and monthly financial summaries.
Academy Management
- Supervise the academy’s administrative structure and staff performance.
- Oversee student welfare, training discipline, and academic flow.
- Enforce strict staff–student professionalism.
- Support the CEO and Academy Coordinator in strategic education initiatives.
Security & Facility Management
- Maintain strict internal security measures.
- Ensure immediate investigation of theft, negligence, or misconduct.
- Oversee CCTV, gate procedures, and access control systems.
Reporting & Documentation
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the CEO.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all departments.
- Track KPIs, performance metrics, and progress indicators.
