Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and staff supervision
- Track sales, expenses, and inventory levels
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and staff issues
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
Requirements:
- OND / HND / BSc preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in fast-food or retail management
- Strong leadership and financial management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (POS, spreadsheets)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000
